Yesterday, I managed to complete a fairly effective animation addressing a common misconception about ADHD: the belief that it exists on a linear spectrum. In reality, ADHD is not a spectrum disorder in the traditional sense—it presents in highly varied, non-linear ways.

Yesterday, I didn't manage to get anything down on paper, but I did make progress in other ways. I shared the core outline of the ADHD escape room project with Dodi and Amanda—trying to bring them on board as collaborators.

I've had a new idea—though I'll admit, it feels a bit like a shoehorn. It's one of those cases where I've come across something I like, and now I'm trying to make it fit, even if it wasn't born out of pure inspiration. The idea is to incorporate the Fibonacci sequence somehow.

Today, I didn't work directly on the ADHD project, but I did return to work. Being back helped—just getting out of my own head and away from the echo chamber of thoughts, ideas, and ruminations was grounding. It reminded me how isolating it can be to sit alone stewing on everything.
